Using Help

• Download and install the MemoAI client

Speech Recognition Service Settings

Download the appropriate speech recognition model according to the language read in the video, the larger the model, the slower the generation speed. Some models are individually optimized by Momo AI for Chinese or English, so you can use a small-sized model to get excellent speech recognition results. Speech recognition service is to convert speech to subtitle text.

Text translation related settings

Large language models are used for text translation, with a choice of cloud-based large model APIs, or Ollama native large models.

Ollama Local Large Model Configuration: enter the local API address, the default port is 11434, and select a deployed local model.

Speech Synthesis Service Settings

After translating subtitles from language A to language B text, you want the video to be read aloud in language B, which needs to be set in speech synthesis.

Edge TTS is Microsoft's free speech synthesis interface, all others are cloud-based speech synthesis API interfaces (for a fee).

If you are not satisfied with the above speech synthesis service, you can also use other third-party speech synthesis tools to generate the speech after exporting the caption.

Multi-reader recognition settings

There are multiple characters speaking in the video, and the speech recognition service recognizes them all.
